Florence Williams is a journalist, author, and podcaster. She is a contributing editor at Outside Magazine<\/em> and a freelance writer for the New York Times<\/em>, New York Times Magazine<\/em>, National Geographic,<\/em> The New York Review of Books<\/em>, Slate, Mother Jones<\/em> and numerous other publications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is also the writer and host of two Gracie-Award-winning Audible Original series, Breasts Unbound<\/em> and The Three-Day Effect<\/em>, as well as Outside Magazine<\/em>\u2019s Double-X Factor<\/em> podcast. Her public speaking includes keynotes at Google, the Smithsonian, the Seattle Zoo, the Aspen Ideas Festival and many other corporate, academic and nonprofit venues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
