About Armen
I’m a long-form interviewer and creator focused on conversations about human behavior, science, technology, culture, learning, and ideas. I’m especially interested in how people think, how systems shape behavior, and how research can help explain the world more clearly.
Through The Armen Show, I’ve produced 465+ episodes, including 250+ in-depth interviews with scientists, authors, researchers, scholars, and other thinkers. The work centers on clarity, synthesis, and extracting durable insight rather than surface-level commentary, with conversations often crossing disciplines and connecting ideas that are usually discussed separately.
Guests have included Temple Grandin, David Sinclair, Nicholas Christakis, Steven Strogatz, James Nestor, Derek Sivers, Rebecca Newberger Goldstein, Robin Hanson, and many others.
Since launching the show in 2017, I’ve been building a long-term archive of conversations, writing, and ideas designed to be useful beyond the news cycle and worth returning to over time.
